Data Deletion Request
How to request removal of your data from ShiftRanks
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to ShiftRanks and would like us to delete any data we hold about you, please follow the steps below.
Option 1 — Remove via Facebook
- Open Facebook Settings
- Go to Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find ShiftRanks and click Remove
- Confirm removal — Facebook will notify us to delete your data
Option 2 — Email us directly
Send a deletion request to info@shiftranks.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
Deleting your data removes any stored page tokens, account IDs, and profile information ShiftRanks holds on your behalf. Your Facebook and Instagram accounts are unaffected.
